· Beta preview · Coming soon
See neighbouring lots as one possible site.
The land assembly beta will help you look beyond a single parcel and investigate how neighbouring properties could work together.
Some development questions start at the property line. Would adding the lot next door give a proposal more useful frontage? How would the combined site compare with the parcels on their own?
The upcoming land assembly beta lets you select neighbouring parcels on the map and bring the selected site into a full report. Explore the site’s mapped geometry and the available zoning figures, with an alternative zoning scenario where supported.
What you’ll be able to explore
- Build a potential assembly from neighbouring parcels on the map.
- Review the selected site in the familiar lot-report layout.
- Compare available zoning scenarios as part of an early site investigation.
Selecting parcels does not consolidate their legal titles or secure planning permission. Mapped dimensions are a starting point for a survey and municipal review.
Land assembly is getting ready for beta alongside rezoning. We’ll post the launch here and share it with newsletter subscribers.
