Bill 44 Zoning Map: What Can Your Lake Country Lot Hold?

An interactive map of Lake Country lots, coloured by current bylaw-derived residential capacity. The map applies the Urban Containment Boundary, municipal sewer and water servicing, the 4,050 m² small-scale housing ceiling, the Agricultural Land Reserve, and lakefront flood construction levels.

Click any lot to see its zone, unit count, the rule behind it, and a link to the full bylaw-cited report.

What the colours mean

Where these numbers come from

Bands use ParcelMap BC geometry and FEATURE_AREA_SQM joined to the District of Lake Country zoning and servicing layers, then run through the same Lake Country zone table and rule modules as the report. Up to four units are shown only on lots inside the Urban Containment Boundary that are connected to municipal sewer and water and no larger than 4,050 m²; other lots are shown at 1 to 2 units.

Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
