Bill 44 Map: What Can Your Delta Lot Hold?

An interactive map of every residential lot in Delta, covering Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta, coloured by how many homes it can hold under Bill 44. Delta is the clearest case in the region of geography overriding the headline number.

Click any lot to see its zone, its unit count, the rule behind that number, and a link to the full bylaw-cited report.

What the colours mean

Where these numbers come from

Bands are derived from the Corporation of Delta's zoning fabric checked against Delta Zoning Bylaw 7600. Lots outside Delta's Urban Containment Boundary and lots in the Agricultural Land Reserve are capped at three units whatever their size, and floodplain constraints are reported separately rather than folded into the unit count.

Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
