An interactive map of every residential lot in both Langleys, the City of Langley and the Township of Langley, on one map. Lots are coloured by how many homes each can hold under Bill 44. Most R1 lots permit four units.
Click any lot to see which Langley it is in, its zone, its unit count, the rule behind that number, and a link to the full bylaw-cited report.
The two municipalities have separate bylaws, so the map carries both: City of Langley Zoning Bylaw 2100 and Township of Langley Zoning Bylaw 2500. Lots inside the 196 Street Station Transit-Oriented Area drop to two units by right, in exchange for a future rezoning to much greater height and density, and the map shows that as a reduction rather than hiding it.
Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
