An interactive map of every residential lot in Maple Ridge, coloured by how many homes it can hold under Bill 44. The bands here are the City of Maple Ridge’s own published Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing designations rather than our reconstruction of them.
Click any lot to see its zone, its unit count, the rule behind that number, and a link to the full bylaw-cited report.
Bands are joined from the City's own SSMUH layer and checked against Maple Ridge Zoning Bylaw 7600-2019, including which lots reach six units near a prescribed bus stop. Agricultural Land Reserve status overrides an urban infill designation, because the ALC Act prevails over a municipal designation.
Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
