Bands use ParcelMap BC geometry and FEATURE_AREA_SQM joined to the City of Kelowna, City of West Kelowna and District of Lake Country zoning and utility services, then run through the same zone tables and rule modules as the report. Kelowna's RU1, RU2 and RU3 reach four units only where the bylaw's own servicing clauses are met: more than one unit needs community water, and more than two needs community sewer. Lake Country's four-unit band also requires municipal water and sewer connection, an Urban Containment Boundary location, and a lot no larger than 4,050 m².
Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
