West Kelowna's gate is stricter than Kelowna's. Four units needs a lot inside the OCP Growth Boundary, no larger than 4,050 m², and connected to BOTH community water and sewer; otherwise the lot is capped at 2. The map tests connection from the City's own water and sewer service lines within 35 m of the parcel. West Kelowna has no statutory Transit-Oriented Area, so no lot reaches a six-unit band.
