Bill 44 Zoning Map: What Can Your Peachland Lot Hold?

An interactive map of every lot in the District of Peachland, coloured by how many homes it can hold under Bill 44 and Zoning Bylaw 2400. Peachland folded its old R2 and R3 zones into R1, which now allows up to four units.

Click any lot to see its zone, unit count, the rule behind that number, and a link to the full bylaw-cited report. The map opens on Peachland and covers the whole Okanagan Valley, so neighbouring cities are a pan away.

What the colours mean

Where these numbers come from

R1 reaches 4 units with municipal water and sewer and is otherwise capped at 2; townhouses are allowed only on a serviced corner or through lot of at least 800 m². RM2 is a flat 4 with no servicing condition. Rural and agricultural zones show 2. Peachland publishes sewer mains but not service connections, so a lot is capped only when no main lies within 35 m, and every other R1 lot carries a servicing-not-verified note. Lots in the Agricultural Land Reserve follow provincial ALR rules.

Every figure on this map is a starting point, not a permit. Actual capacity for a given site depends on lot dimensions, corner and lane conditions, easements, and form of development. Run the address for the cited, per-lot answer.
