Four units needs all three of: a lot inside the Urban Containment Boundary, confirmed municipal sewer AND water, and a lot no larger than 4,050 m². Anything unconfirmed stays at 2. Servicing comes from the District's per-lot sewer and water service connections. Bare land strata lots, common in Lake Country, are shown with their zone figures, since redevelopment also needs the strata corporation's agreement.
